Redeem Machine v2: Andamiro’s Next-Generation Card-to-Ticket Kiosk Refines the Self-Service Experience
Andamiro Co. Ltd. is pleased to announce the introduction of Redeem Machine 2, their next-generation self-service kiosk for arcades and family entertainment centers. Redeem Machine, aka card kiosk version 2, will be officially unveiled at the 2025 IAAPA Expo in Orlando, FL.
Released in 2019, the original Redeem Machine was one of the first automated systems designed to accept, read and convert barcoded or RFID-tagged cards and color-coded redemption chips into digital ticket value. With a focus on labor reduction and loss prevention for FEC operators, the kiosk streamlined counter traffic and gave players a fast and intuitive way to process redemption items.
Redeem Machine 2 carries forward the core technology and features of the original while adding video display capabilities, USB/email-based data export and software/content updates via internet or USB. Operators can now configure up to three custom product tiers—Normal, Special and Super Bonus—and load idle-loop video content on the top display to promote their brand or reward structure.
Within its defined functions, Andamiro’s kiosk v2 is compatible with most industry-standard cashless swipe/tap card systems, including Amusement Connect, Embed, Intercard, Sacoa and Semnox. The kiosk can also accommodate two optional ticket dispensers for venues still operating with traditional paper tickets. A lockable USB port remains part of the unit’s standard security features and a serial port is included.

The Redeem Machine 2 measures 33” wide, 28” deep and 85” tall (825 x 708 x 2169 mm), and weighs approximately 287 lbs. (130 kg). It features a 27” touch interface and a 23.8” top monitor, both optimized for durability and high visibility in busy locations.
Redeem Machine™ is a trademark of Andamiro. Redeem Machine 2 will be on display in booth No. 1800 at IAAPA Expo, taking place from Nov. 18 to 21 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando. The new model is expected to begin shipping in early 2026, with upgrade kits for first-generation kiosks to follow shortly thereafter.
